The B Corp Certification process is long and arduous, but ultimately worth it. For 11 years we’ve been tracking our impact and, today, we’re excited to announce our Overall Impact Score of 98.3.
It’s not perfect (no one is!), but it’s better than ever.
This Impact Score takes into account our commitment to DE&I in our hiring practices; the compensation and benefits we give our Matterites; and, our relentless pursuit of equity — in all its forms — through our client partnerships.
We’re proud to be a Certified B Corp; in fact, we were the first-ever agency or consultancy in New York City to be recognized as such. But, more importantly, we’re proud of the fact that there are thousands of other businesses around the world who also use their services and expertise to make a difference in the world.
Make no mistake: the B Corp standards are high, but the movement is growing.
